MEDIA TECHNOLOGY GROUP LIMITED (MTG) CHANGE OF NAME TO FORGE MEDIA GROUP
LIMITED (FMG)
Over the last three years we have been developing our business. To our core
CD/DVD solutions (Media Technology Limited), we have added a Printing
business (formerly Geerlings Offset Print), a Design/Marketing Services
business (Exposure By Design) and most recently a Marketing Communications
business (Fox Comms). We now offer a significantly broader range of products
and services to our clients - to represent this wider offering and take the
next quantum step we are re-branding our business as Forge Media.
As a result of this change our name will change on 4 August 2010 from Media
Technology Group Limited to Forge Media Group Limited and our NZX code
changes from MTG to FMG.
