For the purposes of NZSX Listing Rule 7.12.1, Briscoe Group Limited (NZX /
ASX: BGP) advises that the following securities have been issued on 22 March
2019:
(a) Class of Security: Ordinary Shares; ISIN: NZBGRE0001S4.
(b) Number issued: 27,000
(c) Issue price: $2.75 per share.
(d) Payment: Cash
(e) Amount paid up: fully paid up.
(f) The percentage of the total class of securities issued: 0.0122%.
(g) Reason for issue: The shares were issued pursuant to the Executive Share
Option Scheme 2015.
(h) Specific authority for issue: Board resolution dated 27 October 2015
(i) Terms or details of issue: The shares have been issued as fully paid
shares pursuant to certain transfer restrictions which remain in effect while
the holder is employed with Briscoe Group Limited and also in certain other
circumstances.
