NZ WINDFARMS LIMITED (NWF) ANNOUNCES DIRECTOR RESIGNATION AND DIRECTOR
RECRUITMENT PROCESS
Director resignation - Mr Philp Lennon:
NZ Windfarms announces that Mr Philip Lennon intends to resign from the Board
of Directors effective 31 December 2020. The Chairman, Mr John Southworth,
thanked Mr Lennon for his contribution to the Company's governance and wishes
him well for the future.
Director recruitment process:
The Company intends to appoint an independent recruitment firm to commence
the director search process on its behalf. The Board will be searching for a
director with specific key skill sets and looks forward to commencing that
process shortly.
