JPMorgan Global Growth & Income plc (the 'Company') adopted the current
distribution policy in July 2016 pursuant to which it intends to pay
dividends totalling at least 4 per cent. of the net asset value of the
Company as at the end of the preceding financial year.
The Board announces that, in relation to the year commencing 1st July 2021,
the Company intends to pay dividends totalling 16.96 pence per share, which
represents a yield of 4.0 per cent. of the unaudited cum income with debt at
fair value net asset value as at the 30th June 2021 of 423.87 pence per
share. It is expected that such dividends will be paid by way of four equal
distributions, with the first interim dividend for the financial year ending
30th June 2022 of 4.24 pence per share (for the period to 30th September
2021), being paid on 8th October 2021 to shareholders on the register at the
close of business on 3rd September 2021. The ex-dividend date is 2nd
September 2021.
The intended dividend for the year commencing 1st July 2021 represents an
increase of 28.9 per cent. over the total dividend of 13.16p per share
payable for the prior financial year.
