THIRD INTERIM DIVIDEND

Information disclosed in accordance with DTR 6.1.13
The Directors have declared a third interim dividend for the year ending 31
December 2021 of 3.00 pence ordinary share (2020: 2.90 pence). The dividend
will be paid on 1 February 2022 to shareholders on the register at the close
of business on 7 January 2022. The ex-dividend date will be 6 January 2022.
A dividend re-investment plan is available for shareholders, for which the
election date will be 14 January 2022.
As stated in the Half Year Report for the year ending 31 December 2021, the
Company has substantial revenue reserves with which to support dividend
payments when not covered by current year income. The Board is committed to a
further rise in our dividend this year, which will be the 51st consecutive
rise in total dividend for shareholders.
