Accessing Your Account Online

This page is for you to login to the restricted areas and services of the Direct Broking website. You must be an existing client with a client account number before you can access these areas and services.

Important: When you select Login from the menu or you are prompted with a Login page, the page should automatically be secured. This will be indicated by the letter "s" included in the web page URL, e.g. "http" is an unsecured page and "https" is a secured page. If the letter "s" is not present then the page is not secure and you should not attempt to login.

Account No. or Username
Unless told otherwise, this is your 7-digit Client Account (CP) Number.
Password
You will receive email notification when your account has been opened, at which point you must call 0800 805 777 to activate your account and receive a temporary password. The temporary password will allow you to login where you can create a new password of your own. The new password you enter must be used for all subsequent logins.

Passwords are case sensitive so when selecting a new password you must remember which case each character is.

Please contact us if you do not know or have forgotten your password, or if your login is disabled after too many failed login attempts, and we will generate a new random password for you.
