Message:
NZX Regulation ("NZXR") advises that, at the request of the company, it has
placed a trading halt on Methven Limited ("MVN") ordinary shares. The trading
halt was placed at pre market open this morning.
The halt has been placed in anticipation of the release of an announcement in
respect of a material transaction.
The halt will remain in place until the earlier of:
-The release of an announcement in respect of a material transaction; or
-Market open on Monday, 17 December 2018.
