Issue of Equity The Company announces it agreed on 17 January 2019 to allot
125,000 Ordinary Shares at 337p per share, each fully paid under its block
listing facility. The net asset value per Ordinary Share as at the close of
business on 16 January 2019 was 333.9p.
These shares will be issued for cash on 21 January 2019. As at 21 January
2019 the issued share capital will be 124,478,564 and the number of voting
rights will be 124,478,564.
