The objective of the US Small Cap Fund (USS) is to invest in Vanguard's Small
Cap ETF (VB), which aims to track the CRSP US Small Cap Index. The CRSP US
Small Cap Index includes U.S. companies that fall between the bottom 2%-15%
of the investable market capitalization.
