Message:
On Friday, 18 March 2019, Grafton released a compulsory acquisition notice to
the outstanding shareholders of Orion Health Group Limited ("OHE").
Pursuant to footnote 5 of Main Board Listing Rule 5.4.1, NZX Operations
("NZXO") advises that the final day of trading in OHE will be Monday, 25
March 2019 prior to being suspended at close of business. OHE will be
delisted and its ordinary shares will cease to be quoted from close of
business on Thursday, 28 March 2019.
