Pushpay welcomes Michael Erisman as Chief People Officer

Auckland, New Zealand | Redmond, Washington, USA - 21 March 2019 (NZT)

Pushpay Holdings Limited (NZSX:PPH, ASX:PPH, 'Pushpay' or 'the Company') is
pleased to announce that Michael Erisman will join Pushpay's executive team
as Chief People Officer, effective 25 March 2019 (PT).

"Michael is a highly experienced business leader with a proven track record
of building successful human resources teams and developing global people
strategies worldwide. His extensive experience, in guiding people-centred
business initiatives and proven ability to attract, retain and engage top
talent, will be instrumental for our growth plans. We are excited to add
Michael's expertise to our executive team as we continue to build market
leading solutions in the US faith sector with a world-class team," said Chris
Heaslip, CEO and Co-founder.

Michael joins Pushpay from DocuSign, where he held several executive human
resources roles during a period of high growth. As Chief People Officer at
Pushpay, Michael will be responsible for leading organisational design,
onboarding, learning and development, compensation and benefits, diversity
and inclusion, and employee experience. Equipping our people and culture for
current and future business needs will be a key priority for Michael.

Michael has held previous human resources leadership positions at global
organisations including Microsoft, PepsiCo and General Electric Capital as
well as other US-based companies including Parallels, H&R Block, KRONE and
Qwest Communications. During his tenure at Microsoft, Michael led the human
resources agenda for the company's marketing function, serving 8,000
marketers in more than 80 countries, working on teams from every business
unit, segment and product group.

Michael is currently an Adjunct Professor at the Seattle Pacific University
(SPU) School of Business, where he teaches graduate level courses on labour
relations, employment law, compensation and performance management. Michael
holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from SPU and a Master of Arts in
Industrial/Organisational Psychology from Radford University. Michael lives
with his family in Seattle, Washington, US.
