OFFER: WIA: Wellington Airport Closes Retail Bond Offer
Wellington International Airport closes its bond offer
Wellington International Airport Limited today announced that following the
successful book-build process for its issue of 11 year unsecured,
unsubordinated, re-setting fixed rate bonds the offer has closed and
NZ$100,000,000 has been allocated to the participants (or their clients) in
the book-build process. There was no public pool for the offer.
The Issue Margin for the Bonds has been set at 1.95% per annum and the
Initial Interest Rate for the first six year period will be announced later
today along with the Final Terms Sheet.
