Subject: Trade Me Group Limited ("TME") - Delisting
Message:
Further to the announcement made by Trade Me Group Limited ("TME") on
Tuesday, 16 April 2019, NZX Operations ("NZXO") provides additional
clarification to the market regarding the suspension and expected delisting
of TME and the cessation of quotation of both the ordinary shares in TME and
the related equity options listed on the NZX Equity Derivatives Market.
The final day of trading in TME ordinary shares and equity options will be
Thursday, 2 May 2019 prior to being suspended at close of trading. TME
ordinary shares and equity options will be delisted and will cease to be
quoted upon, and subject to, implementation of the scheme of arrangement,
expected to be from close of business on Wednesday, 8 May 2019.
