CORPACT: RCSHA: RCSL Redemption Timetable Confirmed
Further to its announcement of 24 April 2019 Rabo Capital Securities Limited
(RCSL) confirms its timetable for the redemption of its perpetual
non-cumulative non-voting capital securities (PIE Capital Securities), NZDX
ticker code RCSHA / ISIN NZRCSEP001C3. This timetable has been approved by
NZX Regulation, and is the same as that notified to holders of the PIE
Capital Securities on 24 April.
The relevant dates are:
o Friday 31 May 2019 - the last day for trading for the PIE Capital
Securities, with NZX placing them into an administrative suspension with
effect from Tuesday 4 June (as Monday 3 June is a public holiday);
o Friday 7 June / Saturday 8 June - record date for the PIE Capital
Securities (as the record date falls on a non-business day the record date
reconciliation will be taken on Friday, 7 June at 5pm); and
o Tuesday 18 June - redemption of the PIE Capital Securities,
following which RCSL will delist from the NZDX board.
