US Small Cap Fund Distribution - May 2019
The Smartshares US Small Cap Fund (USS) invests in the Vanguard Small Cap
ETF, which is designed to track the return on the CRSP US Small Cap Index.
USS pays semi-annual distributions, where available, based on income received
during that distribution calculation period from the underlying Fund.
For the period 14 November 2018 to 21 May 2019, the Fund has not received
sufficient income to pay a distribution and cover forecast taxes and
expenses. As a result, USS will not pay a distribution for the period ending
31 May 2019.
