SECISSUE: PLX: Notice of issue of shares under employee share option plan
For the purposes of Listing Rules 3.13.1 and 3.15.2 of the NZX Listing Rules,
Plexure Group Limited (PLX) advises that it has issued new shares under its
Employee Share Option Plan
PLX has issued 40,000 ordinary shares at an option price of $0.325 per option
for total consideration of $13,000.
The total number of shares after the issue are 139,465,327 and there are a
further 8,733,352 live options.
