Message:
NZX Regulation ("NZXR") advises that, at the request of the company, it has
placed a trading halt on ANZ Bank New Zealand Limited ("ANB100", "ANB110",
"ANB120", "ANB130", "ANB140", "ANB150", "ANB160" and "ANBHB") bonds and
notes. The trading halt was placed 11:33am this morning.
The trading halt has been put in place pending the release of an announcement
by the company.
The halt will remain in place until the earlier of:
o The release of that announcement; or
o Market open on Wednesday 21 August 2019.
