Message:
NZX Regulation ("NZXR") advises that, at the request of the issuer, it has
placed a trading halt on Abano Healthcare Group Limited ("ABA") ordinary
shares. The trading halt was placed at 4.01pm today.
The trading halt has been put in place pending the release of an announcement
by the company in relation to the circumstances that may give rise to a
Material Adverse Change under the Scheme Implementation Agreement.
The halt will remain in place until the earlier of:
o An announcement made by the issuer in relation to the circumstances that
may give rise to a Material Adverse Change under the Scheme Implementation
Agreement; or
o Market open on Monday, 30 March 2020.
