Subject: Auckland International Airport Limited ("AIA") - Trading Halt of
Securities
Message:
Further to the announcement released by Auckland International Airport
Limited ("AIA") today, NZX Regulation ("NZXR") advises that, at the request
of the issuer, it has placed a trading halt on AIA ordinary shares, and AIA
quoted debt securities (AIA130, AIA200, AIA210, AIA220 and AIA230). The
trading halt was placed at pre-market open this morning.
AIA has sought the trading halt to facilitate an orderly market for its
securities while it is undertaking the placement component of an equity
raising.
The halt will remain in place until the earlier of:
o The release of an announcement relating to the completion of the placement;
or
o Market open on Wednesday, 8 April 2020.
