Evolve Education Group Limited (NSX/ASX: EVO) advices that, in accordance
with NZX Listing Rule 2.6.1, the Board has made determinations as to
Independence of Directors as follows:
o Hamish Stevens (Chairman) is considered an Independent Director
o Kim Campbell is considered an Independent Director
o Adrian Fonseca is considered an Independent Director
o Chris Scott (Managing Director) is considered a Non-Independent, Executive
Director
o Chris Sacre is considered a Non-Independent, Non-Executive Director
