The directors have declared the fourth interim dividend of 5.80p (five point
eight pence) per ordinary share in respect of the year ending 31 August 2020.
The dividend will be paid on 27 November 2020 to shareholders on the register
on 30 October 2020 (the record date). The shares will be quoted ex-dividend
on 29 October 2020.
