The directors have declared the first interim dividend of 5.80p (five point
eight zero pence) per ordinary share in respect of the year ending 31 August
2021. The dividend will be paid on 26 February 2021 to shareholders on the
register on 29 January 2021 (the record date). The shares will be quoted
ex-dividend on 28 January 2021.
