Fitch credit rating outlook change
Bank of New Zealand (BNZ) notes that on 12 April 2021 Fitch Ratings (Fitch)
revised the outlook for BNZ's Long-Term Issuer Default Rating to 'Stable'
from 'Negative'. Fitch has also revised the outlook of BNZ's ultimate parent
National Australia Bank Limited to 'Stable'.
Fitch has affirmed BNZ's 'A+' Long-Term and 'F1' Short-Term Issuer Default
Ratings. Ratings on debt issued by BNZ remain unchanged.
