Green Cross Health Limited (GXH) Annual Meeting & Director Nomination Dates
The Green Cross Health Limited Annual Meeting for 2021 will be held at 2.30pm
on Monday 26th of July 2021 at the Ellerslie Convention Centre Auckland.
For the purposes of NZX Listing Rule 2.3.2 the closing date for Director
Nominations is Monday 31st of May 2021. All nominations must be received by
5.00pm on the closing date.
Nominations may only be made by shareholders entitled to attend and vote at
the Annual Meeting and should be sent to the following address:
