The Directors have agreed that the Company will pay an interim dividend of
1.00 pence per Ordinary Share in respect of the six-month period to 30
September 2021. The dividend will be payable on 10 January 2022 to
shareholders on the register at close of business on 3 December 2021. The
ex-dividend date is 2 December 2021.
