Proposed combination with The Scottish Investment Trust PLC
Transaction Update
The Board of JPMorgan Global Growth & Income plc ("JGGI" or the "Company")
announces that The Scottish Investment Trust PLC ("SCIN") has today published
a Bond Consent Solicitation Memorandum to seek the consent of its bondholders
to the substitution of JGGI as the issuer of the bonds in place of SCIN, in
connection with the proposed scheme of reconstruction of SCIN and transfer of
assets to JGGI (the "Scheme").
The SCIN bondholder meeting is expected to be held on 29 July 2022 and,
subject to the consent of bondholders, the Scheme documentation is expected
to be published shortly thereafter.
